Imarah began in 2014 with a single AI-marketing batch of 12 students in a borrowed classroom in Banani. We had one belief: skills should be measured by employment, not certificates. Today, we run 21 industry-led tracks across two campuses, with 92% of graduates placed within six months.
The "Imarah" — meaning "building" in Arabic — represents what we do: we help people build careers, businesses, and futures with their own hands.
To make industry-ready skills accessible to every learner in Bangladesh — regardless of background, prior education, or city. We believe a practical skill is the most reliable path to dignity and income.
By 2030, to train 250,000 learners and place 200,000 of them in jobs or independent businesses — making Imarah the most-trusted skills brand across South Asia.
I grew up watching brilliant friends fail to find work — not because they lacked talent, but because their education didn't connect to the market. Imarah is my answer to that.
Every track we run is co-designed with companies that hire — we don't teach what isn't asked for. Every student we accept gets a career manager who fights for their first job. That's the deal.
